Hutchison Global Communications Limited ("HGC") is an integrated telecommunications and IT solutions company which obtained a licence in 1995 to build and operate a fixed-line network in Hong Kong. HGC built in the 1990's the territory's most extensive fibre to the building network, and now provides high speed voice and data fixed-line telecommunications services to most areas of Hong Kong.
